This choice is preferable if you want to use Outlook on multiple devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>POP&nbsp;<\/strong>(Post Office Protocol) downloads and stores your email locally. Any changes you make on Outlook won\u2019t appear on the webmail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, you can still set your Outlook mail account to make changes on the server \u2013 deleting, saving drafts, and so on.
