This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.

01Our Policy

Since 2013, OGEN Infosystem has followed a no-refund policy. Every project is custom work: from the day a project starts we reserve designers, developers and other resources for it and turn down other work in that time.

For this reason, all payments made to us — advances, milestone payments, maintenance plans, hosting, domains and other services — are non-refundable, whether or not the project is completed, used or launched.

02If You Cancel a Project

You may cancel a project at any time by writing to us. The amounts already paid will not be refunded, and any amount due for work completed up to the date of cancellation becomes payable. Deliverables are handed over only for the work that has been fully paid, under the licence described in our Terms and Conditions.

03Inactive Projects

If a project stays inactive for more than 30 days after the advance because we receive no response or required materials from you, it may be closed as set out in our Terms and Conditions. Payments made for a closed project are not refunded, and restarting it requires a fresh quotation and payment.

04Third-Party Charges

Fees paid on your behalf to third parties — such as domains, hosting, SSL certificates, app store accounts, premium plug-ins, stock images or advertising spend — are non-refundable.

05Our Commitment Instead

We stand behind our work. If something we delivered does not match the agreed Scope of Work, tell us and we will fix it at no extra cost. Every new website also includes 90 days of free maintenance after delivery.

06Exceptions

  • Duplicate or excess payments. If you pay the same invoice twice or pay more than the invoiced amount by mistake, we will refund or adjust the extra amount within 15 working days after verifying it.
  • Where the law requires. Nothing in this policy limits any refund that must be given under applicable Indian law.

07Payment Disputes

Please contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank so we can resolve the issue directly. Raising a chargeback for a payment covered by this policy may lead to the suspension of services until it is resolved.
